My pathway was French, as I thought it would be a good idea to try to become trilingual. My first two years of French were amazing, as I was learning a lot. By the end of my sophomore year, I could hold a basic conversation in French. However, I had to take an online French course my junior year as my French teacher left suddenly. Even though I lost my ability to speak French, I can still read it, and I have a newfound appreciation for learning languages. Taking the French pathway has taught me that I can pick up languages fast, which is good since I want to work internationally when I get older.
